Products and use

HavenGuard devices are outdoor animal deterrents intended for residential use as described on the Site. They use ultrasonic sound and light only. Results vary with placement, terrain and animal behavior; follow the included placement guide for best results. The device is not a toy and is not intended to replace professional pest control for established infestations.

Orders and payment

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors; if we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. Promotional pricing and compare-at prices reflect our standard list price for the product.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which includes a 90-day money-back guarantee and a 12-month warranty against defects.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
