90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Try HavenGuard in your own yard for 90 days from the day your order is delivered. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price.
How to start a return
Email support@havenguards.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions. Please do not send your order back without contacting us first.
Conditions
- Returns must be requested within 90 days of delivery.
- Used devices are accepted. We ask that you return the device complete (unit, stake, cable) and reasonably clean.
- Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the device is defective or we sent the wrong item.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving at our facility. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the credit.
12-Month Warranty
Every HavenGuard device is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, counted from the delivery date. If your device stops working under normal outdoor use, email support@havenguards.com with your order number, a short description and a photo or video. We will repair or replace the device free of charge. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, disassembly, or lost devices.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you.
