Shipping Policy
Free shipping on every US order. No minimums, no codes.
Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping email with a tracking link as soon as it ships.
Delivery times
- United States: 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and can occasionally be affected by weather, carrier delays or customs processing. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, email us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Tracking
Track your order any time at our tracking page using your order number, or via the link in your shipping email.
Address changes
Need to change your address? Email support@havenguards.com as soon as possible. We can update the address any time before the order ships.
Lost or undelivered orders
If your order is marked delivered but has not arrived, or tracking shows it as lost, contact us. We will reship or refund any order confirmed lost in transit.
